2015 RESIDENTIAL SERVICE BILLING RATES
All FIRST YEAR WARRANTY calls performed between 8:00AM and 8:00PM Monday-Sunday will be subject to a No Charge service charge diagnostic fee.
All non-warranty calls performed between 8:00AM and 8:00PM on Monday-Sunday & Holidays will be subject to a $101.00 service charge diagnostic fee plus any repairs charges.
All non-warranty calls will be subject to a $136.00 service charge diagnostic fee plus any repair costs for all calls after 8:00PM Monday-Sunday and Holidays.
First Year In-Warranty Calls
Any calls after 8:00PM will be subject to overtime or overtime differential rates.
First year warranty customers will be subject to the overtime differential rate of $60.00 per hour, one-hour minimum then rounded up to the next half hour for all calls after 8:00PM Monday thru Saturday, Sundays and Holidays.
Second Year or beyond Extended Warranty Calls
Second year extended warranty customers will be subject to the overtime differential rate of $60.00 per hour, for all calls after 8:00PM Monday thru Friday and all calls on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays even when the problem is with the covered equipment. Customers may also be subject to a service charge diagnostic fee plus any repair costs during normal business hours and overtime charges if outside normal business hours if we are called out for an in warranty problem and we find that the problem is something that is not covered under your extended warranty policy such as but not limited to; dirty filters, clogged drains, thermostat adjustment, tripped circuit breakers or other electrical supply problems.
