Service Calls

All first-year warranty calls performed between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Monday-Sunday will be subject to a no-charge service charge diagnostic fee.

All non-warranty calls performed between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Monday-Sunday and holidays will be subject to a $101 service charge diagnostic fee plus any repair charges.

First Year In-Warranty Calls

Any calls after 8 p.m. will be subject to overtime or overtime differential rates.

First-year warranty customers will be subject to the overtime differential rate of $60 per hour, one-hour minimum then rounded up to the next half hour for all calls after 8 p.m. on Monday-Saturday, Sundays, and on holidays.

Second Year or Beyond Extended Warranty Calls

Second-year extended warranty customers will be subject to the overtime differential rate of $60 per hour for all calls after 8 p.m. on Monday-Friday and all calls on Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays, even when the problem is with the covered equipment.

Customers may also be subject to a service charge diagnostic fee plus any repair costs during normal business hours.

There will be a service charge diagnostic fee if we are called out for an in-warranty problem, and it’s not covered under your extended warranty policy. In-warranty problems could be dirty filters, clogged drains, thermostat adjustment, tripped circuit breakers, or other electrical supply problems.
